When and where to vote?

Election Day is May 2, 2006. Polling places will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you will be out or town or unable to vote on Election Day, you may vote by absentee ballot. Call the County Elections Office at 894-8168 for information. To register to vote, visit any Secretary of State branch office or your county, city or township clerk's office. You may also visit the Michigan Secretary of State's website ( www.sospublius.org ) to obtain further information about how to register to vote or to find out if you are registered to vote.
