Work Management System
The Buildings and Grounds department has implemented a new work management system. Our goal with the new system is to provide feedback to a requestor on the status of a work requests, provide the ability to review past work requests, improve the department's response time and allow us better prioritize and utilize our resources.
Our new system is designed so your building head custodian is your first point of contact. If your building head custodian is unable to complete your request, it will be forwarded to the appropiate Zone Leader for action or when necessary to the Building and Grounds office. The new system will allow you to track these transactions and will keep you updated via an email reminder when action has been taken on a submitted work request.
We appreciate your patience and would encourage your feedback as you begin to use the new system.
